Shaeleigh Severino, at just 21 years old, organized a team of Gen Z volunteers, activists, and talented thinkers to help her run for NYC City Council in 2021.
I was appointed to a graphic design internship with her campaign in January of 2021, and was promoted to design manager soon after. Within this new position, I was able to conduct interviews and complete research in order to build a new style guide for the campaign, as well as interview and onboard new team members.
